1. Cancellation Policy All deposits of USDT and purchases of In-Game Tokens made on MyRex11 are final. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, we cannot cancel or reverse a deposit once it is confirmed on the network. We recognize that user satisfaction is important, so we will review cases specifically related to technical transaction errors (e.g., double deduction of entry fees).
2. Refund Policy If you believe there has been a technical error with a transaction on MyRex11 (such as a contest fee deducted but the entry failed), please contact our support team at support@myrex11.com within 3 days of the transaction date. We will review the server logs and transaction history to determine a resolution at our sole discretion.
3. Match Cancellation Refunds MyRex11 reserves the right to cancel any contest or match for reasons including, but not limited to, real-world match abandonment, weather delays, or technical issues. In such events, the entry fees (In-Game Tokens) paid for that specific contest will be automatically refunded to your MyRex11 wallet. These refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of the cancellation.
