Pre-Launch Offer — Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Structure

1.1 Users who register on the official MyRex11 Pre-Launch Website before the app launch are eligible for Extra Cash on their first deposit only, based on the following timeline:

• Early Bird Offer: Users registering 11 days or more before the Official Launch Date receive 12% Extra Cash on their first deposit.
• Standard Pre-Launch Offer: Users registering from Day-10 up to the Launch Date receive 10% Extra Cash on their first deposit.

1.2 The Official Launch Date will be announced exclusively through MyRex11’s official social media and communication channels.

1.3 Maximum Bonus Cap: Extra Cash granted under this offer will not exceed 5,000 (or equivalent displayed token value), regardless of the deposit amount.

2. Eligibility & Redemption Window

2.1 To claim the Extra Cash, the user must:

• Download the official MyRex11 app after launch;
• Sign up using the same credentials as pre-launch registration;
• Make their first deposit within 72 hours (3 days) of the Official App Launch.

2.2 Failure to complete the first deposit within this redemption window will result in the automatic forfeiture of the pre-launch offer.

2.3 Extra Cash validity is 15 days from the date of credit. Any unused Extra Cash will automatically expire and be removed from the user’s wallet after this period.

3. Usage, Restrictions & Rollover

3.1 Extra Cash credited under this offer is strictly a Promotional Balance and:

• cannot be withdrawn to any bank account or wallet;
• cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged;
• cannot be converted into real currency or other tokens.

3.2 Extra Cash can be used only to pay contest entry fees on the Platform.

3.3 Any winnings generated from contests joined using Extra Cash will be credited to the user’s Winnings Wallet, which is withdrawable subject to MyRex11’s standard withdrawal rules.

3.4 Rollover Requirement (Wagering Equivalent): Users must participate in contests using the Extra Cash at least once (1x usage) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3.5 Minimum Contest Entry Requirement: Users must enter at least one contest with an entry amount equal to or exceeding the Extra Cash credited in order to unlock any associated winnings for withdrawal.

4. Credential, Identity & KYC Consistency

4.1 Users must sign up on the MyRex11 App using the exact same mobile number and email address used during pre-launch website registration. If the details do not match, the system will treat the user as a new user and the pre-launch offer shall stand forfeited.

4.2 Users must enter their real full name as per government-issued identification (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) during signup.

4.3 No amendments, corrections, or modifications will be made to login credentials or personal details after registration. Users are solely responsible for entering accurate information. Incorrect or invalid data may result in loss of eligibility for this offer.

5. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy (Zero Tolerance)

5.1 MyRex11 follows a strict “One User, One Account” policy.

5.2 The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual;
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or device fingerprint;
• Use of fake profiles, temporary/throwaway emails, or false KYC details;
• Use of bots, scripts, automation, or any form of non-human activity;
• Referral abuse, self-referrals, or manipulation of referral systems;
• Collusion (teaming up) to manipulate contest results or outcomes;
• IP masking or regional spoofing using VPNs or similar tools.

5.3 If any suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, MyRex11 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• cancel Extra Cash awarded under this offer;
• forfeit any associated winnings;
• temporarily or permanently suspend or ban the user’s account;
• block the associated device and IP from accessing the Platform.

6. Social Media Requirement

6.1 Users are strongly encouraged to join/follow MyRex11’s official Telegram channel and other social media platforms in order to stay informed about:

• Official Launch Date announcements;
• Deposit window reminders;
• Updates or changes to this offer.

6.2 MyRex11 shall not be held responsible if a user misses the 72-hour deposit window or any other deadline due to not following or checking official communication channels.

7. Liability Disclaimer

7.1 Participation in contests on MyRex11 involves an element of skill and risk. The Platform does not guarantee any winnings, profits, or financial returns.

7.2 MyRex11 shall not be liable for:

• any losses incurred by users while participating in contests;
• incorrect or incomplete information submitted by users;
• expired Extra Cash or missed redemption windows;
• inability to access or use the app due to technical issues or regional restrictions;
• any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this promotion.

7.3 This promotion is not a lottery, gambling scheme, or investment product. It is a limited-time promotional benefit offered at the discretion of MyRex11.
